Are You Truly Meek?

In Matthew 5:5, Jesus says, ‘Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.’

Meekness is often misunderstood. It’s not weakness, it’s strength under control. True meekness comes from humility and a gentle spirit. It’s about recognizing our place in God’s creation and trusting Him with our lives.

When we embrace meekness, we reflect Jesus’s character. Jesus, who had all power, chose humility, and invites us to do the same. We live in a  world that equates success with aggression and dominance, being meek can feel countercultural. But it’s those who are gentle and humble will ultimately find peace and fulfillment.

So folks, strive to be meek in your actions and words, align yourself with God’s kingdom, and open yourself up to His blessings.
