Evening Reflections – 13 Mar 2025

Today went really well, I made some crosses for our Cross of Faith ministry. I did make it to Bible study tonight at Bar None church. We’re studying the book of Acts. My mind did go blank a couple times, but that could have been good thing. You know the verse about keeping your mouth shut and not sin. I can’t recall where it’s at, but it’s somewhere in Proverbs. Talking about Proverbs, a great verse that I read before bed is Proverbs 3:24 “When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet”. It’s speaking about a promise of peace and rest, a life lived in wisdom and trust, a life where anxieties don’t steal your sleep. When my heart is clear and my actions are aligned with God’s plan, I can rest easy, knowing I’ve done my best. Y’all have a blessed night and sweet sleep.
