Yesterday was, I guess you can say it was partly good. The first part of the day I took Kimmie out for breakfast, we had a small Bible study there and gave out 3 Crosses of Faith. Then we headed to pick up Kimmie’s pharmaceuticals and finished our morning out at Johnny’s getting my haircut and had some great conversations. The we headed home for a mid day nap.
The last part of the day was… well, we watch a couple of faith-based movies, so I guess you can say it was good also.
As I was reading this morning, Psalm chapter 91 verses 14 and 15 got me reflecting on this one of the many promises of God.
“The LORD says, “I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name. When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them.”
Psalm 91:14-15 NLT
I know that when I find myself in a difficult situation, I call on Him. And every time, without fail, I feel His response. It might not always be in the way I expect, but His answers come through with comfort, guidance, or strength when I need it most.
