Today was restful, considering it is God’s Sabbath til sundown. My daughter Chrissy came over to hang out for the day. So, we had 8 grandkids at the house. Nik and Karson was outside working on their pitching and batting skills, Nik got a batting cage for Christmas. His goal is to go pro, my goal was hope I can catch that grounder. My weekly fireside chat with my aunt and brother was very interesting. My brother brought up the topic, “did king Saul go to heaven”, based on his actions in 1st Samuel 28 where visited the witch of Endor. I didn’t realize that this subject was highy debated. Next week, my brother wants to discuss the video that Kirk Cameron made with his son James about their view on annihilation. It does make me wonder sometimes why there’s so many different views on what God’s Word says. I don’t understand sometimes why people don’t just take God’s Word for what it says and leave at that. I remember my dad use to quote Billy Graham “God said it, I believe it, so where’s the problem!” Well, folks let’s see what tomorrow may bring. Until then, y’all have a blessed day!
