Resist Temptation’s Call

In Proverbs chapter 1 verse 10, Solomon warns us about be persuaded by our friends…

“My son, if sinful men entice you, do not give in to them.”

We all know that life throws temptations our way, but we need to recognize the danger of peer pressure. You know, those questionable ideas from our friends that are disguised as exciting opportunities. Solomon reminds us to be wise! Before we leap in we need ask ourselves….. Does this align with God’s word? Does it honor Him? Folks, sinful enticements do promise a quick thrill but they always deliver lasting pain. So, stand firm in your values, choose wisdom over the short lived appeal of temptation, say NO to what you know is wrong, and embrace the path God has for you.
