I guess I do have wisdom

I was asked this morning from one of my followers on Facebook, Jordon Comeens, to share my words of wisdom on what is leadership. Throughout the day as I was thinking about leadership, my mind kept dwelling on words of wisdom and honestly, I never thought I had any. Then I remembered something Solomon said “For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.” You know folks, wisdom isn’t just about knowing facts or having life experiences, it’s about understanding how to apply what we know in a way that reflects our values and beliefs. Also, Solomon said “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” Our stories and lessons can help those around us with their own challenges. So folks, maybe I do have a little wisdom, and if you’re ever in doubt about your wisdom, remember, it’s your journey, learn from it, and don’t hesitate to share what you’ve discovered along the way.
