Haven’t wrote anything since the 7th, not because there was nothing to share with you all, there has been alot going on the last couple weeks in Kimmie’s and my life. On the 8th had to take my Jeep to the dealer to get fixed, somehow the sunroof got stuck and wouldn’t close, and it will take at least another week or so to get fixed. So, I was going to pull my old truck out to have something to drive but the battery was dead, replaced it, then the heater would only blow on low. If you know me, if it’s cold I’m staying home, me and cold weather just don’t get along. Then I broke my glasses, lucky I saved my old pair. As you can see, we’re kinda stuck at home, unless I borrow my daughter’s Jeep in the evening, but I hate asking. You know as I’m writing this I’m remind of what Jesus said in the Sermon on the Mount about not worrying about what happens in life…”So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.” You know, worrying doesn’t change our circumstances, it just takes away our peace and when we worry, we’re saying we don’t trust God to handle our problems. But He’s already there, waiting for us with open arms. He knows what we need and when we need it. Folks, surrender your worries to God. Pray for peace and strength to face what ever is thrown in your life with confidence and remember, choose faith over fear and trust that God has everything under control.
Y’all have a blessed day!
