Today, I want to talk about Veterans Day from a Biblical perspective.
Veterans Day is a day where we honor the brave men and women who have selflessly served our country. But what does the Bible say about this?
Well, in Romans chapter 13 verse 7, says,
“Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.”
Folks, our veterans deserve our utmost respect and honor for their service, dedication, and sacrifice . And as Believers, it is our duty to show respect and honor to those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.
So folks, pray for our veterans. Pray for their physical and mental well-being, pray for healing from any wounds they may have incurred, and pray for comfort to their families who have also made sacrifices.
