Today’s Thoughts – 30 May 2026

It’s Saturday and I tried something against my better judgment. I drove, not just a short distance, like to the end of the road or into town… no, I drove to Festus and back! Stupid, stupid, stupid! Time i got back this old man was hurting and grouchy as all get out. And there is a high possibility that I took it out on everyone. Ok, I did! But, I did apologize after a long nap and some feel good pills. This evening as I was on my journey through Psalm 119 I didn’t get very far just one verse, verse 76…

“Now let your unfailing love comfort me, just as you promised me, your servant.”
Psalm 119:76

You know folks, God’s unfailing love is the foundation for our comfort and hope. No matter the struggles we face, His promises remain steadfast. When discouragement creeps in, remind yourself that God’s love never fails and He is faithful to His word.
