It’s Thursday evening and I’m still laying in bed recuperating from my fall Sunday afternoon. With God’s grace I’ll make it through. The last few days has given me more time to read and ponder God’s Word, and I have a lot things I would like to share with y’all, but that would mean posting more than once a day. It’s something for me to think about. Anyways, in my journey through Psalm 119 tonight’s stop is verse 27 and it says…
“Make me understand the way of Your precepts; So shall I meditate on Your wonderful works.”
Psalm 119:27
Folks, understanding God’s ways is more than intellectual knowledge, it’s having a deep personal relationship with Him. When we ask God to help us understand His precepts, we’re inviting Him to open our eyes and hearts to His truth. Meditating on God’s Word is not just a quick glance at Scripture, it’s pondering, reflecting, and allowing God’s acts and promises to resonate deeply within us. When we meditate on God’s works, our faith is strengthened, our trust deepens, and our love for God grows.
Folks, take a few minutes tonight meditate on God’s miraculous works… the creation around you, your answered prayers, and the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Allow these truths to fill your heart and guide your steps.
Y’all have a blessed evening!

Amen
