As this new week begins I finding myself standing at the edge of the unknown… What does God have planned for me? As I was reflecting on the answer to that question I remembered what my grandfather use to say… “You’ll just have to wait and see!”
This week, I’m in the book of Zephaniah, it’s a short book, but it’s packed with powerful messages about God’s justice and mercy. As usual I’ll share my thoughts with y’all. As I read the 3 chapters this afternoon (yep, slept till noon and missed church again), I was reminded that no matter what this week brings, I’m not alone. God is right here with me.
As most of you know besides me writing on social media and my blog, I do our weekly Bible study at Bar None Church, where we are doing an in depth study on the Holy Spirit. There’s something transformative in understanding how the Spirit moves in our lives and guides us through uncertainty. It empowers us, ignites hope, and strengthens our faith.
This combination of studying Zephaniah and understanding the role of the Holy Spirit feels intentional. It’s about embracing both the discipline of God’s Word and the grace of His presence. I believe that every moment this week is an opportunity for growth, reflection, and connection with Him.
Folks, as I step into this week, I’m committed to leaning into scripture and listening to the whispers of the Holy Spirit. I’m excited to see how God unfolds His plan for me, and I invite you to reflect on what He might be saying to you too. So, together let’s walk boldly into this week, ready to discover the beauty of His guidance and the richness of His promises.
Have a blessed day and may God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace.

Well said
